What began as a family project grew into a shared rhythm of tapping trees, gathering sap, tending the evaporator, and bottling each batch.
Our season follows the weather: freezing nights, sunny days, full tanks, and long boils. We pair that traditional rhythm with connected monitoring that helps us care for the collection system and every batch.
Through it all, the goal stays simple: make pure maple syrup with patience, attention, and pride in where it comes from.
